Job Description

A client with Kforce is seeking a Data Analyst Level 2 to join their team onsite in downtown Cincinnati, OH. The goal of this project is to Maintain Common Measures reports, develop new reports, complete ad hoc requests/analyses, support Enterprise incentive plans. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the collection, analysis, and interpretation of large datasets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support performance improvement initiatives
• Drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making by discovering trends and delivering actional insights
• Serve as a key technical advisor supporting both field teams and corporate leadership
• Translate complex datasets into clear insights and present findings to stakeholders in an actionable format
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
• Conduct pre and post launch analysis for pilots and new processes
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and reports; perform audits and validations
• Lead stakeholder meetings to define metrics, measurement plans, and reporting requirements
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators and provide insights to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver recommendations that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain store and department savings estimate model
• Experience with Power BI, R/Python, SQL (Plus: GitHub)
• Clear communication skills, grit, adaptive, taking initiative

• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
