Ghost AI is partnering with a well-funded, seed-stage AI startup reimagining how commercial insurance works.

Commercial insurance still relies on manual workflows, PDFs, and spreadsheets to make high-stakes decisions. This team is building an AI-native platform to change that — helping businesses with complex, real-world operations price and manage risk more intelligently.

With $5M raised and an experienced founding team spanning AI, engineering, and insurtech , this is an opportunity to join early, take ownership, and help build a client servicing function from the ground up.

The Opportunity

\n

\n

They're looking for a Head of Client Services to own mid-market client relationships end to end, build scalable servicing processes, and help shape how AI transforms the customer experience.

\n

\n

What you'll do:

\n

\n

This is not a pure new business/sales role — it's a client servicing and account management role.

\n

\n

\n
• Own a portfolio of mid-market accounts across onboarding, renewals, retention, and day-to-day servicing.
\n
• Build client service playbooks and processes from scratch in a high-ownership startup environment.
\n
• Partner directly with the CTO and engineering team to identify opportunities to automate servicing workflows using AI.
\n
• Support seamless sales-to-onboarding handoffs and resolve client escalations.
\n
• Help grow and lead a client servicing team as the business scales.
\n

What They're Looking For

\n

\n

\n
• 6–15 years in client services or customer success, with end-to-end ownership of mid-market commercial accounts .
\n
• Some experience managing or hiring account managers / customer success teams.
\n
• Background servicing a c omplex or regulated product in tech, financial services, insurtech, accounting, or construction / real estate software.
\n
• Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and automation to improve workflows.
\n
• A hands-on operator who enjoys building processes, improving products, and owning outcomes.
\n

Insurance experience is a plus, not a requirement however you must have experience in a regulated environment onboarding mid-market commercial clients.
