Turn brand, audience and campaign performance data into recommendations for the broader Talent Attraction team.What you'll bring... 5+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Brand Marketing, Recruitment Marketing, Media or a related field. Experience bringing brand strategies to life through integrated, cross-channel campaigns and media.Strong knowledge of digital marketing, audience strategy and measurement, with curiosity about emerging technology, AI and the changing talent landscape.The ability to turn trends, data and insights into clear recommendations, creative briefs and actionable experiments.A highly collaborative mindset and the ability to influence and navigate across teams, functions, agencies and stakeholders in a large, complex organization.
