The Role

As our SEM Manager , you will be the tactical lead behind our B2C user acquisition. You will own the paid search strategy that connects everyday consumers with the legal help they need, exactly when they need it.

We aren't looking for someone to simply maintain status-quo campaigns. We need a growth-minded marketer who can aggressively scale our paid search channels while maintaining strict efficiency metrics. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that "justice for everyone" isn't just a slogan, but a reachable reality for our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: End-to-end management of paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing) focused on driving B2C user acquisition and lead generation.

• Scale & Efficiency: Manage significant monthly ad spend with a relentless focus on lowering Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while increasing volume.
\n
• Funnel Optimization: specific focus on the "click-to-convert" journey. You will work closely with Product and Engineering to optimize landing pages and app-store flows to maximize conversion rates.

• Data-Driven Testing: Execute continuous A/B tests on ad copy, bid strategies, and audience targeting to identify new pockets of growth.
\n
• Reporting: Translate complex campaign data into clear, actionable insights for the leadership team. You will monitor LTV (Lifetime Value) to ensuring we are acquiring the right kind of customers.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on SEM/PPC experience, specifically in a B2C environment (Direct-to-Consumer, App Growth, or Lead Gen).
\n
• Analytical Rigor: You live in Excel/Google Sheets and Google Analytics. You make decisions based on data, not gut feeling.
\n
• Startup Mentality: You are comfortable with ambiguity, quick pivots, and wearing multiple hats. You don't wait for permission to fix a broken process.
\n
• Technical Chops: Proficiency with Google Ads Editor, GA4, and conversion tracking setups.
\n

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Background in Startups, Marketplaces, or Legal/Mobility Tech .
\n
• Experience promoting Mobile Apps (Universal App Campaigns / Apple Search Ads).
\n
• Experience with SQL or Looker/Tableau.
\n
