Hey there! We're myVA Rocks. We connect busy professionals and business owners with experienced Virtual Assistants who help them get organized, stay on top of priorities, and get more done.

We're looking for experienced Virtual Administrative Assistants to join our growing team. If you're highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and the person who catches the details others miss, let's talk.

Our VAs work with multiple clients, so no two days are exactly alike. You'll use your administrative skills across different businesses and projects while building relationships with clients who rely on you to make their workdays easier.

Contract: Part-time, 20+ hours/week

Location: 100% remote

Schedule: Flexible, with approximately 20 hours of availability needed during standard U.S. business hours

Rate: $20/hour

Our primary collaboration hours are:

• 8:00–11:00 AM PST
• 9:00 AM–12:00 PM MST
• 10:00 AM–1:00 PM CST
• 11:00 AM–2:00 PM EST

You'll need consistent availability during these hours so you can connect with clients when they need you. Additional client availability may vary depending on your assignments.

Our clients are busy professionals and business owners who need support but may not always know exactly where to start. As a myVA Rocks Virtual Assistant, you'll help identify what would make their work easier and provide practical solutions, rather than simply taking orders for tasks.

Depending on your experience and strengths, your work may include:

• Calendar management and scheduling
• Email and inbox management
• Administrative and virtual assistant support
• Bookkeeping and expense tracking
• Research and information gathering
• Document, agenda, and presentation preparation
• Travel planning and arrangements
• File and Google Drive organization
• Microsoft Office and Google Workspace support
• Client communication and follow-up
• Special projects and administrative coordination
• Process organization and workflow improvements
• Other administrative tasks based on client needs and your skill set

We'll match you with clients based on what you're good at and what you enjoy doing. If writing is your strength, organizing a chaotic Google Drive makes you happy, or keeping a busy calendar under control is your thing, we'll look for opportunities where those skills can make the biggest impact.

• 5+ years of professional experience in an office, administrative, or business support environment, either remotely or in person
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent grammar
• A proactive approach: you notice what needs to be done and take action
• Resourceful problem-solving skills and good judgment
• Comfortable managing multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines
• Strong technology skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly
• Experience with common business tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and LinkedIn
• Reliable, professional, communicative, and comfortable working independently
